About the archive

A slow look at
machine imagination.

Puzza is a curated atlas of 2,200 aesthetic images made with Krea 2 — an exercise in looking slowly, and in letting a machine imagine the world tenderly.

The idea

Most image models are optimized for a single polished look. Puzza goes the other way. It treats visual style as a territory to wander: quiet window light and Amalfi summers, brutalist concrete and cottagecore, wet markets, desert motels, cyanotypes, and the strange beauty of an ordinary kitchen at dusk.

The categories were drawn from photography archives, editorial moodboards, art-history movements, and the visual vocabulary of the internet. The aim is not a perfect image. It is a way of looking.

“A photograph is a secret about a secret. The more it tells you, the less you know.”— Diane Arbus

The making

Every frame began as a long, art-directed prompt: a scene, a light, a palette, a camera, a texture, and a deliberate imperfection. Images were generated with Krea 2, then edited and sequenced by hand for atmosphere and rhythm.

The archive is intentionally broad. Some images are cinematic, some are domestic, some are almost abstract. Together they form a quiet, imperfect record of what a model notices when it is asked to look closely.

A note on the images

Everything here is AI-generated. These are not photographs of real people or places, and they should not be read as documentary records. They are visual studies: imagined rooms, imagined weather, imagined lives. Krea 2 is used under its community license.
